Dave is a New Jersey native who made his way to Key West via New Hampshire and Connecticut. After high school, Dave attended the University of New Hampshire where her was a member of the Wildcat football team. After receiving his bachelors degree, Dave attended the University of New Haven in Connecticut where he received a masters degree. While attending UNH Dave was offered a job to teach at Key West High School which brought him to Key West. As a teacher for Key West High School, he taught 12th grade social studies and also coach for the school’s football and softball teams. After four years of teaching, Dave attending Florida Coastal School of Law, becoming a member of the Florida Bar in September 2003. He is now a partner at the Law firm of Feldman Koenig Highsmith & Van Loon, P.A. A large portion of Dave’ legal work revolves around real estate; therefore it was only natural to obtain his real estate license and join the Flagler team. Dave provides an opportunity to have a real estate agent and an attorney handling all your real estate needs. Dave and his wife Angela have a daughter and are expecting again this fall
