Timothy Koenig was born and raised in beautiful Key West. He earned his law degree from The Florida State University in 1983. He is married to Kelly (Bick) Koenig. Together they have three wonderful children.

Tim is the Broker/Owner of Flagler Realty and the Managing Partner of Feldman Koenig Highsmith & Van Loon, P.A., a law firm specializing in Real Estate, Probate & Trust Administration, Tax & Estate Planning and Civil Litigation.

Tim is committed to his community. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Key West Association of Realtors, serving as legal council from 1984 through 1999, and was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for his years of dedicated service. He is the also past Chairman of the Monroe County Planning Commission and Key West Planning Board. He is currently a trustee of the South Florida National Parks Trust and serves on the Board of Directors of Marine Bank of the Florida Keys.
