Walt grew up in a small town near Charlotte NC. He graduated from Appalachian State University where he was an NCAA Academic All American on the Mountaineer’s football team. Up in the Carolina’s, Walt managed a family business in the marine industry. He first arrived in Key West in 1995. He later helped to open the Weatherstation Inn, located in the Truman Annex. Walt managed that guest house for several years before assisting in the sale of the business as well as the property. Along with his wife Hillary, they have two small children. Walt’s experience in guest house & property management, coupled with his affinity for Key West offers a unique blend of knowledge for buyers and sellers.
